"Great spirits have always encountered opposition from mediocre minds. The mediocre mind is incapable of understanding the man who refuses to bow blindly to conventional prejudices and chooses instead to express his opinions courageously and honestly." -Albert Einstein

Your new quote...

"White Queen: Can you do addition? What's one and one and one and one
and one and one and one and one and one and one?
Alice: I don't know. I lost count."

News...

Greetings, my friends. Remember a while back when I was telling you about the Big Guy's "spells" or "Siezures"? And we had no clue as to what they were, actually, only that they were scary...?
Well, this morning we went to a different LCSW, and she gave us great hope. I just keep thinking of how much adults' self-centeredness can reap havoc in their childrens' lives, and IDK if they are even capable of caring. Thank GOD the perpetrator of the violations against my B.G. died many years ago. The counselor said that she'll be very surprised if what we've been going through has ANY kind of physical cause. So, I'm at the library now, doing a bit of research on Dissassociative Disorder. I don't know if I want to tell you any more right now, but we're grateful to have finally gotten into the SOLUTION. Counselor said it's good that he didn't wait any longer to come in, b/c the cause of these "thigns" is the #1 reason for folks to become what we used to call, schitzophrenic.  GOD IS GOOD. And, like Roger Johnson used to say "God's in control and all is well."
Blessings to you.

Just dropping by...

I've been missing you all, what with the mystery illness Mr. Man has been dealing with, and the usual craziness, it's been impossible for me  to get over here. Here's a picture of some jewelry I made the other day. Those of you who know me will not be even a little bit surprised that I feel drawn to STEAMPUNK-ish stuff. The bracelet now has a thin brown ribbon threaded between the links. I like it. I'm looking for some inexpensive way to get ahold of more charms...

Went to the State Convention last weekend for the original Anonymous fellowship, and had a ball with the usual cast of characters + a few new ones. I stayed up way too late last night-like ALL NIGHT, somehow-and so I know I'm jumping all over the place mentally.
I'll show you some more as soon as it's finished.
P.S. my friend Johnnie from "Savedbylovecreations.com" generously passed on some cool resin-y stuff to me, so I'll be making things I've never made before. Thank GOD for a good, legal outlet. What are things you do to get your mind off of "life on life's terms"?

Hey gang!

I love you all so dearly, that I'm making a special trip to the library today to make sure you have access to this e-book. http://www.revolution222.com/  After reading the first 50 pages or so on my iBook, I had to come print out a few to read on a hard copy. I figure it won't seem as costly to pring out several at a time. : ) Yeah, I COULD just buy the book, but what fun would that be, since it's FREELY offered online?!
I think this book belongs on this blog, because the blog is about mental health and the like, and the book seems like something that the AVERAGE citizen would call us CRAZY for considering. (Now You MUST read it, I know, cos you're so intrigued.) hee hee hee
